Counselling & Psychotherapy
Chiswick and Richmond
Welcome, I’m Liza, a qualified and BACP registered counsellor offering professional and confidential counselling in Chiswick (W4), Richmond Upon Thames (TW9), West London, and online throughout the UK.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, and finding the right counsellor is an important part of your journey. I provide a warm, safe, and supportive space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and explore what is bringing you to counselling.
Whatever you are experiencing, our sessions will be tailored to you and your individual needs. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, helping you gain greater understanding and move towards positive change.
My Experience as a BACP Registered Counsellor

I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals in Chiswick, Richmond Upon Thames, West London and online
