Taking the first step

Mental health problems can affect how you think, feel, and behave. While some feelings pass naturally, others may worsen and lead to conditions like anxiety or depression, affecting daily life and wellbeing. However, mental health conditions are treatable, and getting support is the first step toward recovery.
